some say it's not, you know who you are!, but this is the way a book i was reading said their griffin looked liked. it came out to be a nice drawing

A guy gave a girl 11 real flowers and 1 fake flower with a note attached to it which said "I will love you until the last flower dies." Isn't that romantic :love:!

um are you sure this isn't like a cod/eagle hydrid rather to a egle/lion one. Genrally the griffin was half eagle and half lion not half bird and fish. :confused:

Nice drawing, but, no offense, griffins are supposed to have a lions body- a.k.a, 4 legs. And no fish tail. What you saw was, I believe, a different creature by a similar name, because I've never seen a griffin even remotely like this.
But, really, it is an excellent drawing. It's just not a griffin.

Most contemporary illustrations give the griffin the forelegs of an eagle, with an eagle's legs and talons, although in some older illustrations it has a lion's forelimbs; it generally has a lion's hindquarters.
Although I can't explain the tail. :O_o:

Nice drawing. :) Griffins are my favourite fantasy creatures. :aww:
